172 NYC Dental, situated on Madison Ave and East 33 St, is a brand new, ultramodern, state-of-the-art, safe, caring office offering the highest standard of dental treatment in NYC. Our most important feature that sets us apart from others is our culture. This culture has developed from our “Mother” office 209 NYC Dental.
209 NYC Dental is the oldest continuing dental practice in New York State. It was established in 1887 by Dr. Joseph Kuhn. Dr. I.F. Relkin then took over the reins of the practice. Some of his patients were Ethel Merman, Van Johnson, Jake LaMotta, Rocky Graziano, and Mary Travers.
Dr. Roy Wolf moved the practice from East 106 St to 1097 Second Ave. Dr. Wolf was not only a wonderful dentist; he was also a community leader in Bayridge Brooklyn. Drs Steven Kafko and Jack Kaminsky became the next dentists to lead the practice. They moved and built the amazing office at 209 East 56 St.
That practice boasts a patient history that goes back for generations. What a legacy 172 NYC Dental has inherited.
